1. Acceptance of Terms

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and confirmation that no outstanding investigations are pending.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
